The Institute provides objective information and policy advice for public advocates, nonprofits, journalists, and the general public.  Our website,www.marylandpolicy.org; our online publications; briefings for community groups; and one-on-one contacts with advocates and opinion leaders provide Marylanders with information about state finances and policy recommendations they cannot get from any other source.

Documents submitted to the State of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401 for the cost of copying and mailing.
